Description

This case study presents the radiographic findings of a 3-year-old patient with bilateral polysyndactyly affecting the fifth toes. The X-ray images reveal the presence of additional phalanges in both feet, characterized by fusion of the extra digits with the native fifth toes. Polysyndactyly, a rare congenital anomaly, is typically identified in early childhood; this case highlights the diagnostic role of radiographic imaging in young patients.
