Thymoma, a benign tumor characterized by a combination of mature adipose tissue and thymic elements, presents diversely and is often associated with autoimmune abnormalities. This case report describes a 67-year-old patient with a giant thymoma who exhibited local irritation and compression symptoms at diagnosis. We detail the clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, surgical management, and postoperative course, analyzing management strategies for similar cases. The report underscores the importance of early diagnosis and successful treatment of this rare intrathoracic tumor, aiming to enhance through theoretical insights and improved patient outcomes.
