Description

Lymphedema can be divided into primary and secondary lymphedema depending on the underlying cause. It is a common instance often seen after breast surgery with resulting lymphedema of the adjacent upper extremity. Here we present an astonishing case of 56 year old women who presented with a massive lymphedema mass in the right forearm which had chronically increased in size post chemotherapy treatment for right sided breast cancer and mastectomy of the same breast 20 years ago.
